According to Ebbinghauss forgetting curve, if you dont review what youve learned, youll forget 80% of it within a month. By reviewing at the right time, you can save study time and effectively transfer knowledge into long-term memory.

How to Use:

1. Add a project (study material).
2. Add tasks (study sections) from the task page, accessible by tapping the project image.
3. Tap a task on the home screen to start the Pomodoro timer.
4. End the Pomodoro session once your study is complete.
